Sd3 teams up with NCBS to deliver AA1000 Assurance Standard Course modules

The National Centre for Business & Sustainability. (NCBS) is the only UK training provider licensed by AccountAbility to deliver AA1000 Assurance Standard course. Due to Sd3's wealth of practical experience we have teamed-up with NCBS to deliver key elements of the sustainability assurance training course modules.

The AA1000 Assurance Standard provides organisations with an internationally respected process for effectively managing sustainability issues and stakeholder relationships in a way which will improve organisational performance. It enables users to report on their non-financial performance with credibility and provides a standard and framework for the assurance of non-financial reports. The newly-launched course meets the training requirements for Sustainability Assurance Practitioner certification by the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) and is licensed and approved by AccountAbility.

The National Centre for Business & Sustainability (NCBS) is the only UK training provider licensed by AccountAbility to deliver AA1000AS courses. The full AA1000AS course takes place over five days, however it may also be taken as two modules. The course covers Corporate Responsibility, stakeholder engagement and sustainability assurance.
