From academia to executive coaching, Sd3 are experienced capacity builders with a strong track record in
cost-effective, flexible and comprehensive training. We work with all levels of experience to deliver stimulating bespoke and
off-the-peg training around corporate responsibility and sustainability issues and management. Active learning, fun and
involvement, knowledge sharing and delivering practical, useful outcomes are the fundamentals of our approach. All our courses
are designed to give delegates the enthusiasm and competencies needed to improve sustainability performance once back in their
organisations.

Masterclass seminars
A one or two day masterclass seminar that weaves Sd3's extensive experience with the most recent developments. These
introduce the key concepts of and the practical implementation tools needed to obtain sustainable business advantages. Interest in these
courses has been global. We have already run courses for Canadian, British, Spanish, Japanese and South Korean organisations. Our Sustainability

While we tailor all our training to meet audience needs, Masterclasses are particularly aimed at: board members;
managers and directors with responsibility for environment, H&S, corporate responsibility, risk and compliance; corporate affairs;
SRI specialists and corporate strategy planners.
Made-to-measure Sustainability Training
If you prefer, Sd3 can provide bespoke training
solutions to meet your specific organisation's needs. We will work
with you to develop the priorities and focus for the training. We
can draw on our expertise and experience to help develop capabilities
in the range of corporate responsibility/ sustainability areas including
reporting, communications, management, strategy etc.
Training in Partnership with Other Organisations
with Other Organisations
Sd3 also works in partnership with other organisations to deliver specific training. For example the National Centre for
Business & Sustainability (NCBS), AccountAbility, the British Standards Institution (BSI) and Imperial College.
Sd3 Training Projects Include:
Corporate Responsibility, Stakeholder Engagement, Reporting and the AA1000 Assurance Standard Training Course
In March 2008 Sd3 will be running the
first training course designed to meet the new AccountAbility
and IRCA course criteria. The course will equip trainees with
a thorough grounding in the concepts of accountability, sustainable
development, corporate responsibility, stakeholder engagement,
materiality, sustainability reporting and assurance.
